Our Mission

Stronger connections better support

Our mission is to connect education and healthcare through collaboration, communication, and shared data, creating more effective mental health support for post-16 students and learners.

Our Projects

Collaborative projects that create impact

Our projects bring together colleges, universities, NHS Health Boards, and other supporting organisations to improve post-16 mental health. By sharing data, insights, and best practice, they create a joined-up, evidence-informed approach to learner wellbeing across Wales and beyond.

Our Impact

Real-world change

I feel more connected, safer from a professional point of view. I feel more empowered with more resources so that students have been able to find a sense of, or feeling of, knowing there is someone they can turn to for support.
